bu abinin bir diger guclu unsuru ise soz yazarligidir. misal; diamonds on the inside albumunden with my own two hands parcasi ’i can change the world/with my own two hands’ diye baslar. yine ayni albumde amen omen isimli bir diger parcasinda ise ’but i live/i live a hundred lifetimes in a day / but i die a little / in every breath i take’ diyebilecek kadar da kalenderdir. su ara ’both sides of the gun’ diye yeni bir album cikarmis ama bu abiye baslamak isteyenler olursa diye soyluyorum dogru album ’welcome to the cruel world’ dogru zaman ise yagmurlu bir ogleden sonrası ya da bol cırcır bocekli, hafif esintili, hamak sallanmali bir yaz aksamidir.
